Hey everyone!

Hope you had a wonderful Valentines Day! Things here in the office have been going great for me so far. I’m having a blast getting to know everyone and working on some exciting things.

Each week I get to work on the weekly report, which is where I compile some of the cool campaigns that other companies are doing. This just helps keep us on our toes and aware of what new technologies and ideas are out there that we could potentially utilize. I also like to include what’s trending on Twitter as well as some cool trends going on in other sectors. This lets us know what people are interested in and are talking about to get our creative juices flowing.

Each Monday we have meetings to go over all the projects we are working on.  Wednesday is when all the creativity really comes out during our brainstorm sessions. There are so many great ones in the works that I wish I could share but you’ll just have to wait untill we make them happen ☺

Did you guys check out the Grammys Sunday? I thought for the most part it was a great event. I have to admit I did not understand why Chris Brown or Nicki Minaj were performing, but that's just my opinion. My favorite performances were obviously Adele, the Foo Fighters and the finale performance with Paul McCartney and all the guitar greats! It was so much fun to see all those people on stage having such a great time. I also have to give props to the Grammys for stepping up their Country game. It is usually a genre that doesn't get much recognition during the telecast but the Country stars were everywhere this year. This seems to be the year that the Grammys really brought more sounds to the show, not just with country but electronic and indie. Seeing Skrillex and Bon Iver win awards really broadens the horizon. Of course, I can't talk about the event without mentioning Jennifer Hudson's performance. She was absolutely breathtaking. She is so strong and brave to have taken on the responsibility of honoring Whitney. What did you guys think of the event? Any favorite and least favorite performances to share?

We are one month away from SXSW and I am so excited to be heading down to Austin. This will be my second year attending and I can't even describe how awesome it will be. If you love free music and free food (especially BBQ), this event is for you! I am just counting down the days till Texas!

Until next time…
